Our boxes are specially handmade using White Kraft Paper/Paperboard and are approximately 1mm in thickness making them strong and sturdy.

It is very important to us as a business to be as eco-friendly and sustainable as possible. The material choice of our boxes mean they are bio-degradable, recyclable, and environmentally friendly.

All of our boxes are 30.5cm in height, with each Letter, Number, Symbol and Shape being different in width depending on the particular shape/size. Please see the ‘measurements’ tab in the product description and photos of the product you are after. As each box is specially handmade, sizes may vary slightly.

You may choose to reuse your box, this can be dependent on what you decide to fill it with. Some customers that have wished to re-use the product have lined the box to help protect it for future use. We highly recommend that if you do wish to reuse, that you carefully line your box and use small/mini containers for any wet or oily foods. Please note: Our products are not dishwasher, microwave or oven safe.

We hand full creative control over to you! Go Graze does not currently sell/supply food.

We give you the choice. The best part about our boxes is that there is the option to purchase it with or without a Display Box. We find that some customers are wanting our boxes for a grazing table and do not require a Display Box, however for gifting the ‘Add on: Display Box with Clear Lid’ is the way to go!

The Display Box is a cardboard tray with a clear plastic lid insert. They are a great option for gifting and transporting.

Frequently asked questions

If you have submitted an online order, you will receive an email confirmation within a few minutes of placing your order.

If you have not received a confirmation email please contact us to confirm your email address.

Once we have received your order, we are onto the next step… fulfillment.

Your order will be processed and carefully packaged typically within 24-48 hours.

We aim to have your products delivered to you as soon as possible.

Please contact our customer care team immediately if you have entered the wrong address. Once posted we are unable to make any changes to the address details.

If your purchase is returned to us and we are not at fault due to an incorrect address, an additional shipping fee will apply to have the order re-shipped to the correct address.

Your tracking number will be sent to your email once it has been shipped. If you do not receive this number, please contact our customer care team. Be sure to check your spam folder too!

Estimated delivery times above are a guide only and may vary, we recommend you visit the Australia Post website (Domestic delivery times or International delivery times) for the most up to date transit times to each country.

We currently ship with Australia Post. 

Yes, we do! International Shipping rates apply.

For all deliveries outside of Australia additional taxes and customs charges may apply on arrival. Ensure you check your countries import fees prior to ordering.
