Refund policy

We believe you are going to love your Go Graze product, however, if you are not satisfied you are welcome to return your order within 14 days for a refund.

All returns or refunds will only be accepted if the product is returned in it's original packaging and condition within 14 days of Purchase date.

Note: No returns or refunds on Sale items or the 'Perfectly Imperfect' Collection. Refunds approved will be product purchase amount only. This excludes Shipping cost eg. Express Post & International Shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need to supply the receipt or order/invoice number for proof of purchase.

All return shipping costs for returns and purchase of new item are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges/change of mind
Freight must be incurred by the customer for all change of mind returns. For Exchanges, you will need to follow the returns process and repurchase the item you require if in stock. Note we cannot guarantee stock availability so please double check and ensure you are ordering the correct item first time round. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
