WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
We aim to have your products delivered as soon as possible. Your order will be carefully packed, fulfilled and promptly posted. Once posted you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure your delivery address is correct and contains any relevant information we may need to get your order to you in the fastest way possible.
Once posted we are unable to make any changes to address details. This will impact delivery time and possible loss of item. If an item is returned to us, an additional postage fee will apply to have the item re-shipped to the correct address.
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours.
